Caipirinha cocktail 'on the rocks'

 
This refreshing summer cocktail is easy to prepare and gives you a flavour of  Brazil.
 
You will need:
  • Tumbler Glasses  
  • 1 bottle Caipirinha Celebración (for about 10 cocktails) 
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 limes per glass
  • 1 lemon
  • Straws
Preparation: Cut the limes into wedges and add 5-6 slices per glass. Add 3 ice cubes and add Caipirinha Celebración.
 
Cut the  lemon into slices and garnish the edge of the glasses. Serve with straws.
 

 
San Francisco Cocktail
 
This is perhaps one of the best known non-alcoholic cocktails. Its fame is due to its intense, fresh and natural flavour. If you want to experience a taste explosion with an impeccable presentation and a touch of glamour, this is your cocktail.
 
You will need:
  • Long drink glasses 
  • 1 bottle San Francisco Celebración (for about 10 cocktails) 
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Orange
  • Straws and umbrellas
  • Sugar 
Preparation: Wet the rims of the glasses in a little grenadine and sugar to achieve the classic pink frosted effect.
 
Add 3 ice cubes and add the San Francisco Celebración. Cut the orange into slices and garnish the edges of the glass.
 
As a final touch add the straws, umbrellas and a mint leaf and enjoy a night full of sound and colour.
 

 
Cocktail Coco Loco
 
Amaze your guests with a unique presentation of a cocktail that will take you to the paradise islands of the Pacific.
 
You will need:
  • As many coconuts (cut in halves) as drinks you want to prepare
  • 1 bottle Coco Loco (for about 10 cocktails) 
  • 2-3 limes
  • Red Cherries
  • Long straws
  • Crushed ice
  • Blender 
Preparation: Drill a couple of holes into the coconut to extract the water and then open them in half and remove part of the coconut flesh. Puree the contents of the coconut with a blender, mix with a cup of crushed ice and add to the coconut halves.
 
Pour in the mix of Coco Loco and add a squeeze of lemon. Garnish with a cherry on the straws and lemon peel spiral. 
 

 
Cocktail Piña Colada
 
Soak in the Caribbean pineapple flavour of this cocktail. Serve as an aperitif before dinner and surprise your guests with this exquisite blend.
 
You will need:
  • Tumbler glasses
  • 1 bottle of Piña Colada Celebración (for about 10 cocktails) 
  • Ice
  • Fresh Pineapple (or canned in juice)
  • Red Cherries
  • Long sticks (for flags)
  • Straws
  • Sugar
  • Grenadine
Preparation: Spike the the sticks with  alternating pineapple chunks and cherries. Wet the rims of the glasses in a little grenadine and sugar to achieve the classic pink frosted effect. Add 2 ice cubes in each glass and pour over the Piña Colada. 
 
Garnish with the fruit flags and straws and enjoy!
