Bavaria taste test – earn a £10 voucher!

We are working with our suppliers Bavaria to bring our customers a new experience in alcohol-free beers.

We are inviting customers who have tried the original Bavaria non-alcoholic beer to take part in a taste test of a brand new recipe.

The taste test will take place at The Alcohol-Free Shop in Manchester on Saturday 25th January (Please note the original dates were the Friday and Saturday but it is now only on the Saturday).

Anyone taking part in the taste test will receive a £10 voucher to spend in our shop.

So, if you live in the north west region, take a trip to Manchester. See the sights, do some shopping and pop into The Alcohol-Free Shop and help shape the future for alcohol-free beer.

T-shirts and accessories

A range of accessories have been added to our website that have previously been available only to in-store customers.

We have some great gadgets for keeping wine fresh once opened and new easy to use corkscrews so there’s no struggle with traditional closures.

If you’re a fan of The Alcohol-Free Shop, you can now spread the word with our lovely, top-quality, branded T-shirts.

If you’re going Dry for January, wear it to let people know you’re off the booze!

Go to accessories …

It's now even easier to choose alternatives to booze!

We know how busy you are and how difficult it can be to choose a selection of drinks from our extensive range.

To save you time, we’ve done the selecting for you and come up with a new range of pre-mixed cases.

The pre-mixed cases offer you the chance to try our wines, beers, wheat beers and dark ales in convenient product packs.

Staying sober in January doesn't have to be boring!

Many people this year are taking up the Dry January and Dryathon challenges that encourage participants to go dry for 31 days for a healthy start to the New Year.

Dry January is organised by the drink education and campaign group Alcohol Concern and the charity Cancer Research UK is behind Dryathon.

Most people know that alcohol can cause liver disease. It is less well known that alcohol also contributes to an increased risk of a range of cancers.

Research indicates that alcohol-free beers can reduce cholesterol and help prevent some cancers. Some are even recommended for sports enthusiasts due to their isotonic properties.

De-alcoholised wine has all the heart-health benefits of ordinary wine without the risk factor.

Our range of wines and beers offer more choices for those looking for alternatives to alcohol – staying sober in January doesn’t have to be boring!
