Payment

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the Protx secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Cards are processed immediately using the Protx secure system. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail. VAT Charges

Where necessary VAT is included in the price. Should you require a VAT receipt for your order please request this by e-mail and quote your order number. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state. VAT exempt buyers can have their VAT refunded by contacting us.

We currently offer two methods of online payment, Google Checkout or via Protx secure transaction system.

Protx

All credit card details are processed using the Protx secure transaction system. Details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers.

This web site is fully integrated with Protx, one of the leading secure payment systems - as approved by many of the well known high street banks. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the Protx secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else. All transactions are encrypted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using Thawte digital certificates. Simply put, this site integrates with one of the most secure systems available.

Using the Protx system, your credit card information remains safely in the hands of you and Protx. No-one else has access to this.

Google Checkout

Credit and Debit card information is taken and stored by Google Checkout. Charges are made by Google Payment Corporation and your credit/debit card information is not shared with us or any other merchant that uses Google Checkout.

Errors and Ommissions

We make efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information published on our web site. If an error is made, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products affected by the error.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If payment has already been received and we exercise this right, a refund will be made for any monies taken.
