If you aren't happy with our wines or our beers, you may return any unused and unopened bottles within 14 days of delivery, and we will return your money for these bottles. Delivery charges are not refundable.
You will be responsible for returning the unused bottles to us safely. Parcels must be well-packaged and bottles well protected. There must be no movement between bottles or they may smash during transit. We will not be liable to return money for any bottles which are returned broken or which are not in a condition for re-sale (ie, bottles that have been damaged by other bottles leaking).
You can use your own preferred courier company, or we can arrange collection from you using our couriers. The cost of this collection will be subtracted from any monies to be returned.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
