Delivery Costs
We've tried to make delivery as simple as possible whilst remaining fair to you and affordable for us.
Single bottles (wine, juice, cocktails etc) are sold in cases of 6 or 12. We do not ship in smaller quantities.
Beer is sold in cases of 12 or 24, depending on the size of the bottles (330ml or less in 24s, 500ml in 12s).
The minimum order is 6 single bottles or one case of beer.
Single bottles can be mixed as you wish, there is no need to order whole cases of the same drink. Beers are only sold in cases.
Delivery for one case costs £4.99. Delivery for each additional case is £2.99 per case.
Free delivery offer
All cases of 12 single bottles (not beer) are delivered free. Add a further case of six single bottles or a case of beer for just £2.99 delivery.
Wine Only Examples
Wine is sold in multiples of six. If you order six wines the delivery is £4.99. If you order 12 wines delivery is free.
If you order 18 wines the delivery is £2.99. If you order 24 wines the delivery is free.
Beer Only Examples
If you order one case of beer the delivery is £4.99
For every additional case of beer you pay another £2.99 per case for delivery.
Wine and Beer Examples
If you order a case of beer and pay £4.99 delivery, you can order a case of six bottles of wine and pay only an additional £2.99 delivery so your total delivery charge will be £7.98.
If you order 12 bottles of wine, the delivery on the case of 12 wines is free. You can order a case of beer or another six wines for only £2.99 delivery.
All delivery charges are in addition to the purchase price of the item.
Important delivery notes
Please note, all above wine examples are based on 750ml bottles.
All prices quoted above are for mainland UK (excluding certain areas of the Scottish Highlands) and Northern Ireland.
We can now deliver to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands but orders for these areas must be placed on the telephone (freephone 0800 224 8024) and a charge is made per box (£11.99 for the Isle of Man, £19.99 for Channel Islands). Our free delivery offer is not valid for these areas.
Packages are shipped via Royal Mail or a courier depending on the weight of the order and the contents. If you are based in the North West of England, you might prefer to collect?
Items are grouped according to the cost to package and send them. It costs more to package and safely deliver bottles of beer and wine than it does, for example, to send beauty products which can usually be delivered in a padded envelope. Beer and wine orders are always sent by courier as are some heavier items eg multiple shower gel orders. If you have any questions about how your order will be delivered please contact us.

If you order from two different product groups you pay the higher delivery cost.
Shipping times
Items will be shipped as soon as possible and, outside of busy periods, normally the same day (if ordered before midday) or the next working-day.
Please note we only despatch orders Monday to Friday. We pay our couriers for next-day delivery on orders despatched from Monday to Thursday (orders despatch on Friday should reach you on Monday) but next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
Saturday deliver may be arranged at a surcharge. Larger orders may have to be sent on a pallet. Delivery for pallet orders is 2-3 days from the date of despatch. The driver will help you unpack the order and remove the pallet and any waste.
Please do not order unless there will be someone available to sign for the delivery or you opt for your order to be left in a safe place. High-value orders will not be left without a signature.
There may be times when despatch will take longer and we will endeavour to tell you as soon as possible if this is the case.

Collection
You may collect your order from us directly at our Failsworth shop in Manchester, and pay no delivery charge.
On the checkout page, you will be given a choice of delivery or collection. If you choose collection, you will be emailed when your order is ready for collection.
You can also visit our store in person and purchase in-store.
Courier deliveries
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, anytime between 7am to 7pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours.
We cannot guarantee morning or afternoon deliveries. Please do not book a delivery unless somebody will be in to accept it.
Saturday delivery is available for a surcharge. If you want to book Saturday delivery, please contact us.
Our couriers require a signature when they deliver a parcel. If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature (for instance, in your shed or outside your front door), you agree to accept liability for any loss should the package go missing after it is left.
If you are out when the parcel is delivered, you will be left a card with contact details of our couriers. You need to call them to arrange a new delivery slot or arrange to collect from your local depot. If you do not arrange this within 5 days of the card, your order will be automatically returned to us and a new delivery will have to be booked and paid for.
Please be aware you can not change the delivery address (ie from home to work) after a delivery job is booked without incurring a new delivery charge.
The vast majority of orders are delivered within 24 hours of shipping (except goods shipped Friday for Monday delivery). At peak times or during adverse weather delivery may take a little longer. If your goods have not arrived within 48 hours of receiving a shipping notice, please let us know. Courier offices are closed at weekends so we may be unable to rectify non-delivery of goods reported to us after 2pm on Friday until the following Monday.
Telephone Ordering
You are welcome to place your order on the telephone on freephone 0800 224 8024 but at busy times orders placed over the phone may take longer to manually process. Online orders are automatically processed and will normally be quicker.
Breakages
Our priority is to get your products delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, there is no way to be 100% sure that a package will survive the journey intact. We will replace or refund the cost of any items that arrive broken but you must inform the courier on receipt of the package. We cannot be responsible for any breakages reported after the courier has left your premises.
Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification, items such as cosmetics that, by reason of their nature, cannot be returned or perishable goods (e.g. food and flowers).
To cancel, you can email us or write to us (see contact us for details) within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them.
