We always like to receive feedback from our customers and, on the whole, you’re not shy at giving it. Thankfully most of it is very good! Google Checkout customers are randomly contacted by Google after they make a purchase and asked to rate us. Our Google Checkout feedback is 4.9 out of 5 – which is about as good as it could be (They publish a small random sample of that feedback here by the way if you’d like to read the comments).
We also recently introduced a general feedback option on our site. Look at the bottom right of the site for the button to click to leave feedback (on the main site, not here on the blog). This is open to all site visitors, both those who buy and see our products and service first hand, and those who visit the site and don’t buy. Our score there is 4.4 out of 5, with the majority of people giving us 5 out of 5.
Our high feedback is great to receive of course, and it’s nice to know we are are (generally) doing things right but it’s the customers who have rated us badly or have had problems with us that we’d like to appeal to. If you’ve stopped using us for any reason and we don’t know about it, please get in touch and tell us. If there’s something we are doing wrong, we’d love to have the chance to fix it!
