Many of our drinks contain up to 0.5% alcohol. This is a similar amount of alcohol you will find in natural yogurt and other food products, and in most of Europe and many other countries is classed as alcohol-free. We do have drinks which are 0.0% ABV and we do have non-alcoholic soft drinks,

Yes you can have your order delivered to an address other than your own. If you are sending goods to a different address, you must make sure there will be someone to receive and sign for the goods when they arrive or have therm left with a neighbour.
No our boxes are not branded. We have never been asked to deliver goods with our name displayed on the box and see no need to pass that extra cost on to you for our vanity!
We have however been asked to deliver goods discreetly. Not everyone wants the world to know they’re alcohol-free. However, the courier label will indicate that the product has come from The Alcohol-Free Shop. This can’t be avoided.
Unfortunately we cannot ship goods abroad at the moment but hope to be able to do so in future.
Some of our customers are recovering alcoholics and enjoy our drinks without any harmful effects. However some prefer to avoid alcohol-free wine and beer for fear of triggering a relapse. It’s an individual choice.
However, our drinks are not suitable for alcoholics who are currently being treated for their condition with drugs such as Disulfiram which are designed to cause an unpleasant reaction to any amount of alcohol. If you want to buy alcohol-free drinks as a gift for an alcoholic, it’s best to check first.
If you want to return an item you must inform us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
It is best to inform us by email so that we have a record of your request.
You can return any unopened bottles for a refund of the returned bottles which reach us in saleable condition.
Please use the original packaging to return the unwanted bottles and pack any spaces with lots of crumpled newspapers or something similar to prevent the bottles moving in transit.
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of the return and to make sure that the bottles arrive back at our warehouse in saleable condition.
We will issue a refund for all bottles which we receive back in saleable condition.
